Tosin is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach who is also trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), with over 20 years of experience across the creative industry, facilitation, communications and marketing, advocacy, and community-focused work.
Her approach combines emotional awareness, reflective practice, and a connection between the mind and body to support people in understanding themselves better whilst navigating life.
Alongside her coaching practice, Tosin is currently training as a counsellor whose work is embedded in empathy, compassion, and kindness.
Her work often focuses on burnout, overwhelm, grief and loss, identity and life direction, work-life balance, and the emotional impact of physical illness. She also supports people of all genders in exploring their emotions while developing a greater understanding of themselves.
Alongside one-to-one work, Tosin has a strong interest in advocacy and community-centred practice, creating spaces where people feel heard and understood.
Through Balm & Nook, Tosin creates and facilitates reflective spaces that help people slow down and make sense of their internal experiences.
