Counselling

Counselling offers a confidential space where you can explore your emotions, experiences and internal world safely and at your own pace.

I really enjoyed witnessing Tosin facilitate group discussions with women of different ages and backgrounds. She created such a welcoming and safe environment, bringing everyone together through thoughtful, connecting questions that made it easy to feel comfortable and open. Care was taken to ensure we stayed grounded, with comfort breaks thoughtfully added into the session. The discussion began gently with lighter questions and naturally deepened over time. Tosin also set clear and supportive ground rules around safety and confidentiality, which allowed me to feel relaxed and safe within the space. She approached each participant with intentional curiosity and sensitivity, helping clarity and understanding arise from within each person. I genuinely look forward to the next session.
